This is a really weird myth to believe: “They don’t do [dismemberment abortions].”
There are absolutely dismemberment abortions. Most abortions after the first trimester involve some form of dismemberment. There’s testimony from people who work in abortion clinics talking about how their job was to put back together the pieces of the fetuses’ bodies to make sure that they got everything because those fetuses were dismembered.
Even if you wanted to talk about the majority of abortions that happen earlier, like in the first trimester, it would be ridiculous to suggest that they all happen in a way that keeps the embryo’s body intact. I mean instead of “dismemberment,” I guess we could say “pulverized” or “completely decimated.” What verb would you prefer?
In most abortions, you have a body, a living body, that will include limbs and a head and whatever, and then when the abortion is over, that body is destroyed. So, if you would like to use the thesaurus to come up with something other than dismemberment, that’s fine, but who are you kidding?
