December 20, 2023 in Research, Uncategorized /by Kelsey Hazzard

A nationwide survey of 2,750 pro-life pregnancy resource centers (PRCs) found that their services reached an all-time high in 2022, the first full calendar year after Dobbs v. Jackson allowed states to protect the right to life before birth. PRCs provide free social and medical services to pregnant mothers and their families. Services vary by […]

Mainstream Media Dehumanize Children of Dobbs

December 13, 2023 in Legislation, laws, & court cases, Research, Uncategorized /by Kelsey Hazzard

Recently published research shows that anti-abortion laws that went into effect after Dobbs are preventing abortions, saving the lives of approximately 32,000 babies per year. (To understand how this squares with other research suggesting a rise in abortions, see this article.) The researchers reached this conclusion by examining birth rates in states with and without […]

Our friends at Rehumanize International organize consistently amazing conferences. Rehumanize is a Consistent Life Ethic (CLE) group, which means their work encompasses a wide range of social ills. Their conferences present a wonderful opportunity for activists in different spheres […]

Changes are coming…

November 3, 2023 in Administrative, Uncategorized /by Kelsey Hazzard

For years, Facebook has been an ideal platform for charitable giving. It was easy to set up a recurring monthly donation, and Facebook even covered the processing fees. For many of our supporters, it was a simple “set it and forget it.” But Facebook has announced that those days are over. As of Oct. 31st, they […]

We posed this question to our followers on social media: You’re hanging out with a pro-choice friend who doesn’t know you’re pro-life. She says “I can’t believe these attacks on reproductive rights. My daughters are going to have fewer rights than I had.” How do you respond? Here are a few of the top responses, […]

This Wednesday, October 18, Students for Life Action is organizing the “Expose Late-Term Abortion Day of Action” in 23 locations nationwide. Although the abortion industry likes to pretend that late-term abortions are rare, or even completely made up, the truth is that Centers for Disease Control records tens of thousands of second- and third-trimester abortions […]

October 11, 2023 in Dialogue strategy, Uncategorized, We Asked You Answered /by Kelsey Hazzard

We asked our followers on social media: “For those of you who used to be pro-choice, what advice do you have on how to talk to pro-choice people about abortion? What did you find persuasive or off-putting when you were still pro-choice?” Here are a few of the top responses (lightly edited for clarity). Nelson […]
