Read this fabulous editorial from James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal: ‘Stop Being a Baby’: Infanticide and the infantilization of women.

The Guardian reports that famous Chinese filmmaker Zhang Yimou is in hot water for allegedly violating the one-child policy many times over. But average Chinese people are skeptical that someone of Zhang’s stature will actually be punished. Some are venting their anger that poorer women are forced into abortions and sterilizations, but when it comes to wealthy people, family planning officials look the other way.

A tale of two abortion survivors: Congressman Marlin Stutzman recently shared the story of how his mother considered aborting him, and it also just came to light that Cher’s mother changed her mind in the abortion facility waiting room. But while Stutzman has been a strong pro-life advocate, Cher has not used her musical fame to help other children like herself; sadly, if anything, she’s served the pro-abortion cause.

The National Right to Life Committee announces a short film contest for pro-lifers between the ages of 15 and 25.

Jill Stanek discusses the proposed Congressional resolution to investigate Gosnell-like clinic conditions, and extremists’ laughable excuses for opposing it.
