Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)

A DAF is a charitable giving account that allows donors to make a tax-deductible contribution, grow the funds tax-free, and recommend grants to charities over time. Some of the most common DAFs are Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and Vanguard Charitable.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from Your IRA

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) by giving directly from your IRA to Secular Pro-Life. Each year, you may transfer up to $100,000 tax-free, and this gift can also count toward your Required Minimum Distribution. Because QCDs are excluded from your taxable income, they are a simple and highly effective way to support our mission while reducing your tax burden.
