We’re training pregnancy help leaders

Sharing secular insights to help PRC leaders better reach non-religious women

Secular Pro-Life is expanding our reach through education and collaboration. This fall, Save the Storks has invited us to present at their Flyway Conference in Colorado.

I’m delighted to report that Save the Storks has invited me to lead two sessions at their Flyway Conference in two weeks (Nov. 3) in Colorado. I’ll be sharing insights from SPL’s Building Bridges presentation to train pregnancy resource center (PRC) leaders to better reach and support non-religious women.

We created Building Bridges by interviewing PRC directors and experts in post-abortion healing, and by incorporating our own experiences as secular people working alongside a largely religious movement. So far every time I’ve presented Building Bridges, I’ve gotten rave reviews.

Non-religious women are disproportionately likely to seek abortion. We want PRC leaders to be equipped to meet the need, and SPL is uniquely positioned to provide insight. Save the Storks designed Flyway Conference specifically for PRC Executive Directors, so speaking at this conference is a perfect opportunity.

For this trip, I was able to secure a host home, which saves on the costs of hotels. I anticipate flights, ground transportation, and similar costs will amount to less than $700. Your support now helps us bring these unique trainings to more communities across the country in the future. Donate here:
