TOMORROW: National Pro-Life Chalk Day

For those of you who aren’t familiar with pro-life activism on college campuses, here is Chalk Day in a nutshell, via Students for Life of America:

With a handful of chalk and an arsenal of pro-life slogans, you can leave a lasting impression on hundreds or even thousands of people.
Step 1: Pick up sidewalk chalk (Walmart, drug stores, Hobby Lobby)
Step 2: Collect your pro-life friends (this is optional, but helpful)
Step 3: Find a heavily trafficked public area
Step 4: Chalk short pro-life messages in large letters everywhere

Chalk Day is most common in the college setting, where many student organizations use sidewalk chalking to advertise. But since chalk is easily removed at the end of the day, you can also participate in Chalk Day in public spaces like parks, plazas, and (of course) the sidewalks outside of abortion facilities. If you chalk on the public sidewalk outside an abortion center, we recommend messages about the crisis pregnancy assistance available in your community, including a phone number.
