One civil judgment, one closure!

July 25, 2011/0 Comments/in Uncategorized /by Kelsey Hazzard

Two pro-life victories to bring to your attention today!

An Orlando jury held that late-term abortionist James Pendergraft must pay $36 million to the victim of a botched abortion. The baby girl he attempted to kill is now ten years old; she suffers from cerebral palsy and other serious health problems as a result of Pendergraft’s “safe and legal procedure.” As LifeNews.com documents, this is not the first time Pendergraft has committed abortion malpractice. Hopefully, it will be the last.

40 Days for Life reports that the Family Planning Medical Clinic abortion center in La Puente, California is closing. According to the California Catholic Daily, the center’s 77-year-old owner has a history of operating shoddy centers, and Family Planning Medical Clinic was no exception.
